Shipping & Delivery Policy

CraftByte Labs provides digital services — website, app and software design and development. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How we deliver

• During the project: each milestone is delivered for your review on a private staging link and through your client portal, where you can approve it or ask for changes.
• At handover: after the final payment, we deliver the source code (through a code repository or a download), credentials for the accounts set up for you, and any documentation listed in your Statement of Work. Websites are published to your domain and hosting; apps are submitted to the app stores under your developer accounts.
• Documents: invoices, receipts and signed agreements are emailed to you and available in your client portal.

When we deliver

Timelines are set in your proposal and Statement of Work and start once we receive the advance and the materials we need from you. As a guide, a marketing website usually takes 3–6 weeks and a web or mobile app 8–16 weeks, delivered in milestones. Timelines move if a payment is overdue, if we are waiting for your content or approvals, or if the scope changes. App-store review times are set by Apple and Google and are outside our control.
