Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance payments secure your project slot and cover discovery work. If you cancel before work on a milestone starts, the unused portion of that milestone payment is refunded within 14 working days. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
