What we collect

When you contact us: your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional) and your message. When you allow analytics cookies: pages visited and approximate location, via Google Analytics.

Why we use it

Only for the purposes you consent to: replying to your enquiry, and (if you opt in) occasional updates. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Client and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent at any time, and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (details below).
