How much does a website cost in India in 2026?
What actually drives the price of a business website, what you should get for your money, and how to budget for the costs that come after launch.

“How much will my website cost?” is the first question almost every client asks us — and the honest answer is: it depends on what the website has to do. A five-page site that tells people who you are and how to reach you is a very different project from one that takes bookings or payments. Here is how we think about it, so you can budget with confidence.
What drives the cost
- Number of unique page designs. Ten pages that share one layout cost far less than five pages that each need their own design.
- Features. A contact form is simple. Online booking, payments, customer logins or a product catalogue each add real design, build and testing work.
- Integrations. Connecting to a payment gateway, a CRM, WhatsApp or your calendar takes time to set up and test properly.
- Content. If you have your text and photos ready, the project moves faster. If we write copy or organise photography, that is part of the scope.
- SEO and speed. A site that loads fast on a phone and is set up correctly for Google takes care — but it is what makes the website actually bring you enquiries.
What a starter website should include
Our websites start from ₹15,000. For that, a small business should expect:
- Up to 5 pages, designed to work well on mobile
- A basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions, sitemap, Google-friendly structure)
- A contact form and a WhatsApp button so customers can reach you easily
- A 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch
Your final price is fixed after a free discovery call, once we understand exactly what you need — so there are no surprises halfway through.
Costs after launch
Budget for a few running costs as well: your domain name and hosting renew every year, and business email is usually a small monthly fee per mailbox. If you want someone to keep the site updated, secure and monitored, a monthly care plan covers that; otherwise you can pay as you go when you need changes.
How long it takes and how you pay
A marketing website usually takes 3–6 weeks. We work in milestones you approve: typically 40% to start, 40% at a mid-project milestone and 20% on delivery. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking, and once the project is paid in full, the code and design are yours.
How to keep your budget under control
- Start with the pages and features you need now; add the rest later.
- Have your text, logo and photos ready before the project starts.
- Ask for a written, milestone-based quote — and make sure it says who owns the code.
Want a number for your own project? See our pricing or tell us what you need — we reply with honest advice, even if that is “you don’t need a big website yet”.
